This is the best tour Package for those who are only visiting Vaishno Devi. After Reaching Katra from Jammu, you can relax in the hotel. Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and J&K Tourism Deptt (JKTDC) has made excellent facilities at Katra for Pilgrims. Proceed to Mata Bhawan from Katra on a 13 Km well build trek. You can also take services of ponies, pithoos on your journey to Mata Bhawan. Mata manifests itself in the for of Pindies in cave shrine. You can also attend morning or evening Atka aarti. In that case booking of atka aarti is to be done well in time on Shrine Board’s website. We have a special arrangements for group tours also.
DAY 1: Arrival at Jammu – Transfer to Katra
Your spiritual journey begins with a flight from Delhi to Jammu. Upon arrival at Jammu Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you in your transfer to Katra. This picturesque town, nestled in the foothills of the Trikuta mountains, is the base camp for the renowned Vaishno Devi Temple. After reaching Katra, you’ll check into your hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.
DAY 2: Katra to Vaishno Devi – VIP Darshan and Bhairon Mandir
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred from your hotel to the Katra Helipad for your thrilling helicopter ride to Sanji Chhat, a high-altitude point near the Vaishno Devi shrine. From there, you’ll embark on a 2.5 km downhill trek to the Vaishno Devi Bhawan. This revered temple is dedicated to Maa Vaishno Devi, and you’ll experience the VIP darshan, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted visit. After the darshan, you’ll take the cable car to visit Bhairon Mandir, the temple of Lord Bhairon, where you can offer prayers and seek blessings. Once your visit is complete, you’ll return by helicopter to Sanji Chhat and then fly back to Katra. Enjoy the night’s stay in Katra, reflecting on your spiritual experience.
DAY 3: Katra to Shiv Khori – Trek and Darshan
On Day 3, after breakfast, you will head out on a 5 km trek to Shiv Khori, a hidden cave temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Known for its mesmerizing atmosphere and spiritual significance, Shiv Khori is believed to house a naturally formed Shiv Lingam. After completing the trek and offering your prayers at the shrine, you’ll descend and travel back to Jammu for an overnight stay. This day is marked by spiritual awakening as you visit two of the region’s most sacred places.
On the final day of your journey, you’ll be dropped off at Jammu Airport for your return flight home. This marks the end of a soul-enriching journey, filled with devotion, adventure, and unforgettable memories of the sacred shrines of Vaishno Devi and Shiv Khori.
