ROPEWAY SERVICE

While walking the 2-2.5 km route can take around 1 to 1.5 hours, the ropeway reduces this time to just 10-15 minutes. This service can accommodate 30-35 passengers per trip, making it both efficient and accessible for larger groups.

Accommodations are available at various locations, including Jammu, Katra, Sanjichatt, Ardhkuwari and Bhavan. Book rooms in advance, especially during peak seasons. For accommodations there are two available options: dormitories and private rooms.

Their dormitories are available on a sharing basis, making them ideal for single pilgrims or those traveling in smaller groups. These usually feature shared bathrooms and sleeping arrangements.
For those who prefer more privacy, then private rooms come equipped with double beds, perfect for couples or families.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
